Please allow 4-8 weeks. Extra labor may take more than 8 weeks. In the unlikely situation that an item you have ordered will take longer than our usual design time, we will be sure to contact you immediately via email.
We know that many of these monograms are personal and there are situations in which a rush is requested. Please contact us if such a need occurs and we will do everything we can to have your special piece in the time you need. Also, please be sure to leave yourself ample time for making holiday orders. If you are not sure about timing, do not hesitate to contact us regarding delivery dates during the peak gifting seasons.
All pieces are carefully packaged in our in our Garland Collection suede pages, boxes and either bags or envelopes with ribbon. We never include invoices in our packages. If you would like us to include a note to the recipient, please let us know and we would be happy to prepare one from you.
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payments via Affirm are also available at checkout. We also accept checks, but we do not process the order until your payment has cleared. Please email us at sales@garlandcollection.com if you choose to mail your payment or prefer to send payment via PayPal.
Sales tax will be charged only if the item is being shipped within the state of New York.
All jewelry is shipped within the USA via Fed Ex 2-Day Air and is insured to protect against loss or damage during transit. The cost for shipping within the Continental US is $25. The shipping of all jewelry to Canada is $40. The cost for all other international shipping of jewelry is $120. Items shipped to the UK, France, Germany, China, Japan, and Australia will be sent via FedEx International Priority with Insurance. We are happy to place other international orders when shipping methods are available and most will be sent via USPS International Priority. Please contact us for availability if you do not see your country on the shipping menu when checking out. Please note that brokerage fees, import taxes and/or duties may be assessed by the carrier at your custom's office and are the responsibility of the purchaser. We will notify customers with a tracking number when the order has been shipped. Due to the nature of the pieces, packages will not be left without a signature. Garland Collection cannot assume responsibility for shipping carrier delays.
Garland Collection -- Due to the custom nature of Garland Collection made-to-order pieces, all jewelry is final sale and orders cannot be cancelled at any time. We stand by our fine jewelry pieces. Each piece is created individually for you and with care. Each order is checked and double-checked before it is shipped. If damage does occur during delivery, the item must be returned within 5 business day of receipt and only as authorized by Garland Collection – we will fix or replace the item if necessary and return the item to you promptly. We take great pride in the quality of our jewelry – please contact us if you have any questions.
At Garland Collection we stand by our fine jewelry. Each piece is created specifically for you and with meticulous craftsmanship and care. However, jewelry by its very nature is delicate.
In the event that a piece does require repair during the first 120 of purchase due to normal wear, please contact us at info@garlandcollection.com so that we may email you a Repair Authorization for you to send the item back to us for complimentary maintenance.
For all other inquiries regarding repairs after 120 days, please contact us at info@garlandcollection.com for return instructions. These items will incur a repair charge.
Any items should be sent using insured methods.
Garland Collects -- Please be advised that Garland Collects pieces are vintage and therefore delicate due to their age and should be worn with particular love and care.
For Garland Collection solid gold and diamond jewelry we recommend using either a quality at-home steamer or allowing your piece to rest in a dish of ammonia. Then rinse with water and dry with a very soft Kleenex. You may also polish your fine jewelry using a high-quality jewelry cloth. We do not recommend this solution for other gemstones or pearls.
Garland Collection is not responsible for natural wear or scratches on your fine jewelry. Charms will be affected by layering them with one another and it is expected that they will experience some wear. You may polish them by using a high-quality polishing cloth.
Garland Collection respects and protects your privacy. The information that you provide when placing your order is only used to process that particular order and will never be shared with third parties, aside from the credit card company provided to complete your order. We may occasionally update you with new Garland Collection information using the information that you provide when submitting your email to our “Subscriber” page, but we will never share the information or divulge this list from our internal database to third parties.
